The Lausanne Younger Leaders Team (YLT) & Younger Leaders Network (YLN)
Who we are
The YLT is a group of younger leaders within the Lausanne Movement committed to the development of younger leaders in life and ministry. Established by the Lausanne Board after YLG `06, the team works to bridge generationally and globally the breadth of the Lausanne Movement.
The YLN is a global network of younger leaders in our 20’s and 30’s connected to the Lausanne Movement and committed to the goals of the Lausanne Covenant.
Our Ethos
"To live and lead like Jesus" – this was the theme of the Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG) in 2006, and it captures the passion of our generation to model our personal lives, our community life and our ministries upon the matchless example of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Ministry
- Formation of regional Younger Leader Teams and Networks
- Facilitating younger leader involvement in Lausanne Working Groups
- Connecting global younger leaders in an interactive Internet hub
- Facilitating mentoring relationships with those older and those younger than us
- Communicating information for, stories about, and opportunities for younger leaders around the world through the YLN Newsletter
