Karen BeatonMrs. Karen Beaton is the Regional Administrator for Lausanne South Pacific Region. She is a Baptist pastor and has worked in several churches in Sydney Australia. She grew up in the UK and trained as an Electronics Engineer specialising in broadcasting, working for the BBC and commercial Radio in the UK. She was in senior management with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in Sydney when God called her to Morling Theological College to train for ministry. Her passion is reaching the marginalised with the Gospel.

John Bond
John Bond is Senior Minister of South Perth Church of Christ, Director of Sonlife Ministries Inc., Director of Compassion Australia and has been involved in the Lausanne movement since Singapore 87.  John is passionately committed to sharing resources through Evangelistic, Apostolic, Discipling and Pastoral Leadership Ministry wherever Christ open’s the doors.

Ross CliffordRoss Clifford is principal of Morling Theological College, and President of the Baptist Union of Australia.  Ross is chair of the Australian Lausanne Committee and his special interests are media, apologetics and ethics.  He writes and lectures in these areas and has his own weekly radio program “Connections”. 

David ClaydonDr David Claydon is a Senior Advisor to Lausanne and was the International Director 2002-2004.  David is a missiologist and was the Australian National Director of Scripture Union and later the Church Missionary Society and for many years was the pastor of a church. David is an author and a specialist in other religions.

Robyn ClaydonRobyn Claydon is a Vice-Chair of the International Lausanne Committee and was formerly the Lausanne Senior Associate for Women. Until 2005 Robyn was the Chair of the Australian Lausanne Committee and was the Programme Chair for the 2004 Forum in Thailand. Robyn’s professional background is in education and she is an author and Bible teacher.

Greg HammondGreg Hammond is a senior partner in the Sydney office of law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques and is passionate about Christians being salt and light in the marketplace, ministry to students in schools and universities and the training of God's people so they become mature in their understanding of the faith and in holiness. Greg is actively involved in his local church (Macquarie Anglican), the training of emerging leaders through Arrow Leadership Australia and the governance of a range of other parachurch organisations.

Mark HornshawMark Hornshaw is the development executive at Every Home for Christ, which supports national workers to preach the gospel and help the poor in 92 countries. He was a participant in the Future Leadership issue group at Lausanne 2004 Forum and member of the Program Planning Team for the Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering 2006. Mark is passionate about mobilising prayer for the fulfilment of the Great Commission, especially involving children and youth.

Margaret JacobsMargaret Jacobs is a former accountant Margaret lives in Mandurah, south of Perth in Western Australia. She is a Bible Teacher, Evangelist, and a past Lecturer at the Western Australian Bible College. She is an international speaker with Christian Women Communicating International (CWCI) Margaret serves as a director of the World Evangelical Alliance International Council, and chairs the Women’s Commission and the Women’s Movement of the South Pacific Evangelical Alliance.

Margaret has worked extensively amongst Australian Aboriginal people and is married to an Aboriginal Pastor.   They have five adult daughters and eleven grandchildren. 

Sandy JonesSandy Jones is the Managing Director of Leading ConneXions.  Her passion is to train, equip, mentor, review and inspire emerging and senior Christian leaders so that God’s grace and Kingdom is maximised in and through their lives and ministry.  She coaches missional leaders; serves as a Leadership Consultant (Anglican Diocese Melbourne); leads EPIC, a 2 year leadership programme for newly appointed senior ministers; is Director of Leadership Development (Arrow Australia); with her team pioneered the Leader360™, an Australian online leadership review tool; is a member of the advisory panel for Lausanne LDWG.  She enjoyed the great delight and privilege of encouraging younger leaders as a mentor @ YLG06.  

John MallisonDr John Mallison OAM - Lecturer and author, who is passionate about mentoring to help leaders finish well. A local church pastor for !7 years and in full time Christian education for the UCA in NSW for 14 years. For the last 22 years been developing leaders as Director of John Mallison Ministries. Participant in first LCWE conference, lecturer at an number of following events, member of Aust and international LCWE boards, etc and in 1988-89 Corresponding Sec. for Aust and Oceania.

Sarah PlummerRev. Sarah Plummer is the Chair of the LCWE Intercession Working Group. She is a chaplain at St Paul’s Grammar School in Cranebrook NSW, and serves on the board of Tara Anglican School for Girls and on the Human Research Ethics Committee for Sydney West Area Health Services. She tutors students at Tyndale Theological (distance education) College Australia, as well as leading prayer ministries at her home church; St John’s Anglican Church in Wilberforce. Her heartbeat is to see God's kingdom being expanded in the lives of individuals and nations, to reawaken the church to the work of praying in evangelization, to see the lost loved to Christ and encounter Christ personally, to inspire Christians in every place with what God is doing amongst us - the persecuted, the poor, the rich and prayerful.

David TurnbullDavid Turnbull is the Senior Lecturer in Intercultural Studies at Tabor Adelaide, South Australia, and has been involved with the Lausanne movement since participating in the Effective Theological Education issue group at the 2004 Forum. He is strongly committed to mobilising Christians for mission in Australia and beyond, training Christians to be reflective practitioners and have a missional and global worldview, and contextualisation of the Christian faith.
 
Jill WallisJill Wallis is a Lausanne Associate to the Women's Network and Regional Leader for the South Pacific for Women of Global Action. Both these roles have taken her speaking and teaching overseas. Jill has been a member of Lausanne Australia Committee since 2000.  She was a delegate at Lausanne Forum 2004.

Glenda WeldonGlenda Weldon is an Evangelist and a member of the National Board of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Australia. She has been a member of Lausanne Australia for many years.  She is the Prayer Coordinator for the South Pacific Region, and the Senior Advisor for the Intercession Working Group for LCWE. She is on the Board of Exodus from Darkness, Celebrate Messiah, on the Board of Advice for Macquarie Christian Studies Institute, a leader with WEA Women’s Commission, NSW Women in Christian Leadership Network. Her major areas of ministry are Prayer, Evangelism, Preaching, Teaching and Mentoring.
