Lausanne Movement

There is growing momentum and enthusiasm for Lausanne in the South Pacific region which consists of 28 countries. Australia has an active Lausanne national committee and we want to establish other national committees in some of the larger countries of the region. A regional committee will be established to incorporate the rest of the region. If you are interested in joining the Lausanne network please contact me.

As we have opportunity to meet Christians across the region whose hearts beat with a passion for the lost, we see the enormous need to join forces in the task before us.  Our unity in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ impels us to encourage evangelistic endeavours that are culturally sensitive and socially relevant. We do not stand alone, nor need we do everything ourselves. Our brothers and sisters in Christ are waiting, often desperately, for someone to come alongside and lend a hand. We long to hear how we can mutually be of assistance to one another. There is nothing more powerful than the body of Christ working together to build the Kingdom of God.
