Juliet Uytanlet Catalyst for Diasporas

Juliet Uytanlet is a Chinese Filipina and was born in Manila. She is married to Samson, and they have a 13-year-old son. Juliet came to the Lord through Sunday School, and was discipled during high school at the Youth Gospel Center. During college, Juliet and Samson were involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. Juliet finished her AB in Communication Arts at St Scholastica’s College (1993) and her MDiv in Christian Studies at the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines (1996). She served as a youth pastor for 11 years.

In 2013, Juliet’s husband finished his PhD in New Testament at the London School of Theology. In 2014, Juliet finished her PhD in Intercultural Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary. Both are full-time faculty at the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines (BSOP). Samson is teaching Greek and New Testament while Juliet is teaching global and urban missions. She has received the full blessing and encouragement of Dr Joseph Shao, President of BSOP, to serve as a Lausanne Catalyst for Diasporas.
