Robert Harp Catalyst for Workplace Ministry


Robert Harp is Director of Strategic Initiatives and Adjunct Professor at Biola University’s Crowell School of Business. He directs the Biola Startup Competition, which fosters kingdom-minded, Christ-honoring entrepreneurship across the university community, and teaches the Capstone Class in Biola’s new Master of Management, Nonprofit Organizations program. As an entrepreneur for over 25 years, Robert is the CEO and founder of, an online global media brand providing actionable market insights and thought leadership to CEOs, presidents, and decision makers in the global travel and tourism industry.

Robert received his BA in Economics and MA in Communications from Wheaton College, his ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and his DMin from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Workplace Theology, Ethics, and Leadership. 

He is the author of the Faith at Work online course and is a member of the planning team for the Lausanne Global Workplace Forum.
