Simon Cozens, a citizen of the UK, is a lecturer at Worldview College of Intercultural Studies in Tasmania, Australia, an adjunct campus of the Melbourne School of Theology. He spent ten years as a church planter in Japan with WEC International, evangelising and discipling in a house church setting. During that time he also began reaching out to Deaf Japanese, and is involved in the Japan Sign Language Bible Translation project. He is the founder of Wide Margin Books, a publishing company dedicated to promoting majority-world and first time theological authors. Simon earned BA and MA degrees in Japanese studies from Pembroke College, Oxford, as well as a BA from All Nations Christian College and an MA from Redcliffe College in Gloucester. He attended the Lausanne Cape Town 2010 Congress. He is highly recommended by Kang-San Tan, fellow Lausanne Catalyst for Buddhism, and taught the Buddhism workshops at the 2016 Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG2016).
