When water comes from plastic bottles and food from supermarkets, it is easy to forget that the earth is our support system. Yet soil, water, and forests remain our baseline assets for survival, with the poor most affected by their degradation. As Christians who are not only called to be stewards of the earth but to love and care for the poor, what can we do to protect and restore the earth?
