From 30 April through 4 May 2018, the 8th Lausanne International Researcher’s Conference was held in Nairobi, Kenya.
This unique gathering of 110 participants from 30 countries centred around the theme ‘Research that Guides Kingdom Impact’. Through plenary sessions, presentations, and discussion times, participants explored topics related to church research for global mission, such as learning about new research methods and ways to act strategically on research results. There were also opportunities to connect with other researchers.
The 8th Lausanne International Researcher’s Conference was supported by the Lausanne Movement, the Movement of African National Initiatives (MANI), the WEA-MC Community of Mission Information Workers, and OC International.
Papers from this gathering are now available at http://globalcmiw.org/node/64.
