The Lausanne Africa Day Virtual Summit was held on 30 November 2020 from 11.00 UTC to 15.00 UTC.

Participants at this online event heard stories of how the issues of The Cape Town Commitment have been addressed or changed. This time together was also used to discern the critical issues of our times and to identify collaborative ways to respond appropriately. Finally, looking ahead to 2024 and beyond into 2050, key issues of people in Africa were anticipated and opportunities for further research, innovation, collaboration, and contribution were identified so that the global church, through the Lausanne Movement, can be mobilised for action.
