Jay Hartwell joined Lausanne Movement in 2013 to manage, enhance, and consult on its web technology needs. He is passionate about effective partnership, working in unity with Christians around the world to bring change and the hope of the gospel to the most vulnerable and exploited children and elderly living in poverty.
He and his wife have four children, two of them adopted from Ethiopia. He leads, trains, and facilitates short-term mission teams to Ethiopia, nurturing and developing a long-term partnership with a church community in Debre Zeit, Ethiopia. This partnership works closely with Compassion International and Reach One Touch One Ministries (ROTOM). Jay also serves as Vice Chair for the ROTOM USA Board.
